Durham Prays

Durham Prays is a gathering for the body of Christ to participate in focused and united prayer for the Durham Region.  In 2011 we had a format change and felt the need to call believers to pursue Him together for 12 hours instead of the 24 hour we’ve done in years past.  Join us for this exciting gathering on October 5th.  Let your faith be stirred, your love and devotion burn and your conviction to see His Kingdom come in our region, ignite your heart in a brand new way!

 

Our theme last year was “Rise.”  We felt the theme was 3 fold:

1. God is calling His Body to rise to the reality of being seated with Christ in heavenly places, agreeing with His heart and setting our attention on things above.
2. God is calling His family (mothers, daughters, sons and fathers) to help others rise in maturity, destiny and calling.
3. God is calling individuals to shoulder their own responsibility in rising for the sake of the King and His kingdom

We are still in the process of discerning, listening and checking with Believers throughout the region and beyond for this years theme and strategies, but stay tuned and we will update you as to what we will do for 2012.
